•    Unused ticket: permitted with fee of 60% of  total amount
•    Used ticket: not permitted

REROUTE: not permitted

CHANGE DEPARTURE DATE:
Change departure date with group of passengers
• Before 10 A.M of 4 working days before departure: permitted with fee of USD 20/ticket
• Before departure: permitted with fee of 50% of total package amount
Change departure date with apart of group of passengers
Passengers which not change: repricing and reprinting voucher fee of charge
Passengers which changing:
