1. How can I book a room?
 To book a room, please select the country and city of destination, the check-in and check-out dates and hotel class. Then, please select prefered hotel from the displayed hotel list with class and price options and proceed to bookings with giving passenger details, payment and Hotel Voucher delivery method.

2. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
 Currently, we cannot give you a booking status online.  After receiving your booking inquiry,  we will send you a booking status by email within 48 hours (week days). If your reservation is confirmed, your booking Confirmation Code and Time Limit for payment  will be notified accordingly in this email for your reference and pursuance. If you do not receive our email after the mentioned time, please contact  us (just in case of email system's error).

3. How do I make changes or cancel my reservation?
 Any changes to a hotel reservation must be done through TF Travel, by phone, fax, email or drop by our office. Please review Cancellation & Refund Policy prior to making any changes. If you have any doubts regarding change fees or penalties please contact us prior to making any changes.
Please note that *If your reservation is non-refundable, canceling your reservation will not refund your payment.
